At first, I thought that this tour was going to be tedious and boring. I mean, when I thought of West Virginia, "exciting" was not the first thing that came to mind, but we found ways to keep ourselves entertained, creating inside jokes in the process. I wanna thank... Michael for keeping us safe, Ms. Cheryl and Ms. Amy for giving us our tastes of freedom, Mr. Held for driving us and putting up with us, the ACC for letting us come, and one Austin T. in particular for providing endless entertainment and providing something to talk about.
Allyson
For my first tour trip, I really enjoyed it. I can't wait for other trips. Besides the fact that I didn't room with Chelsea, it was a really good experience that I will never forget.
Amanda (Boulware)
This was my second year on tour, and I believe this had many more opportunities to get familiar with my "little chic-a-dees." I also strongly believe that this experience enriched my "southern culture." I also would lik to thank the ACC choir for bestowing the invitation to us. Without them this probably wouldn't be possible. Also during the countless late nights we found ways to entertain ourselves, creating a vast majority of inside jokes. I would also like to thank Mrs. Holden and "Mikey" for being so laid back, which lead us to realize how lucky we were by the end of the trip. Also Ms. Cheryl and Ms. Amy for giving the Grace Moores their very first taste of freedom. And last but not least, Dr. Dilworth, for enlightening us with the brilliant thoughts behind the music. This was a once-in-a-lifetime experience and I wouldn't change it for the world! Love you all!
Amanda (Burnett)
Overall, I loved the tour. The parties were very fun. I loved the people I roomed with. The only thing I didn't like was the rehearsals. I think they worked us a little too hard. I wanted some more free time.
Caitlynn
This tour was nifty! I loved having the songwriters come to speak with us. The only thing I had to complain about was not getting to go back to the mall!

At first, I was very nervous about the tour because I didn't know how the people were going to act around us because we are from Tennessee. But I made very good friends and had soooo much fun! My favorite part had to be Vandalia because you got a feel for the culture. Now I want to go to West Virginia on vacation. I also enjoyed meeting Dr. Dilworth and seeing his view on some of our songs. I really want to go back.
Chelsea
I'm going to miss all the people. I really liked the directors. I didn't like that I wasn't with Kelsey and Allyson, but I'll get over it. All around I liked everything else.

At the beginning of tour, I was not sure about it being all that great. But once we got there it was really fun. My favorite thing was at our Q&A session with Dr. Dilworth; I spoke whale to him (like Dory of Finding Nemo) and I though Mrs. Holden was going to shoot me. It was so funny! And a very enjoyable experience.
Emily
I liked everything except the constant rehearsals...
Haley
Before this tour I went from anticipating it, to dreading it, to loving every minute of it. But unlike most I think I enjoyed the rehearsals more than anything, though I didn't feel like that then. I already miss them. I also enjoyed getting to know some of the girls and making new and hopefully lasting friends. I've never gotten the ...um..."privilege" of working with other choirs (especially ones with guys), so that was an interesting experience. Overall I really did enjoy this tour and hope to go on the next one. (P.S. We should invite Dr. Dilworth to Chattanooga sometime!)

Over this year in concert choir I hzve met great friends like Audrey G., Emily H., and Alexx (AKA XX). And I had no idea that one of those great friends was leaving and on skit night I could NOT stop crying. Alexx is leaving and is going to college. I made her promise OVER and OVER that she would come spend time with me in Tennessee but I still hate to see her go. :-( But about the tour--it was even more fun than I thought it would be! I met MORE people like Austin :D and Paige. Me and Friendz of CGC had an interesting time! But tour was great and I'm definitely going next year. Peace! ILY! :-)
Isabelle
One word: awesome. And so I want to go again.
Katie
I liked it. I thought it was really fun, and I hope to go again next year.
Kelsey
This, the first Girls Choir tour I have been on, was pretty awesome. I would have enjoyed it even more if I could have roomed with Allyson and Chelsea. The worst part wasn't that bad. It was a certain girl getting up at 5 a.m., but other than that I loved the trip.
Kylee
I loved it all but I didn't want to wake up and sing every day.
Leah
This being my first tour I didn't know what to expect, but I loved every moment. Dr. Dilworth was awesome, Mrs. Midkiff was crazy! I really got to know the other girls on tour. I can't wait till next year!!!
Lili
I loved the party and they shouldn't be limited to tour. But the rehearsal schedule was too hectic!
Micki
This was my first trip on tour and I didn't know how it was going to turn out. Well, I have a lot more friends, and it was a great trip--a little tiring, but it was a load of fun. :-)
Olivia
I thought it was a great opportunity to bond with people because we weren't on the move from place to place so you had time to socialize in a vacation environment especially Vandalia.
Rachel
Although the tour was not as impressive as last year's, it provided each of us with an opportunity to become familiar with one another and have a taste of a culture rich in the Appalachian tradition.
Rheanna
Tour was cool. I loved meeting new kids and seeing the beautiful landscape. I loved everything about tour. My favorite part was meeting Dr. Dilworth.
