Flying home!
DAY 10
Thursday, June 23: Salzburg to Munich to London to Atlanta to home! [Times are 6 hrs ahead of Chattanooga time.]
8:30 am: Check out of hotel and travel to Munich’s International Airport.
12:55pm: Fly to London, then transfer to British Airways (BA) Flight #227 bound for Atlanta, GA.
7:05pm (Chattanooga time): Arrive in Atlanta, collect luggage, go through U.S. Customs, and board bus to Chattanooga.
TIME TBA: Welcome home! 2011 Tour Choir arrives at Ridgedale Baptist Church.
From Nicole (message from Lisa McDonald, chaperone with the tour choir)
I received several texts from Lisa this morning. 9:34am (our time)- "Getting ready to board the plane in London. We are on our way home!" 10:29am (our time)- "We are on the plane, still at the gate. Just got word from captain that we may be 2 hours late leaving. Will let you know as soon as we have more info" 11am (our time)- "We are leaving now". Once they land in Atlanta they have to grab luggage, go through customs and then find the bus. Then home to Chattanooga!
